Melbourne Quarter has announced the opening of Sargon Food & Coffee Co. – the newest venue to join the Docklands precinct.

Opening on July 30, Sargon will be located in the lobby of the recently completed 34-storey Melbourne Quarter Tower.

“We are thrilled to announce the opening of our newest café in the lobby of the stunning Melbourne Quarter Tower,” Sargon Food & Coffee Co. owner, Serge Beteramia said.

“This project has been a labour of love, and we can’t wait to welcome the Melbourne Quarter community to our brand-new space.”

We look forward to serving our signature hospitality and becoming a familiar part of Melbourne Quarter’s daily routine.

To celebrate the venue opening, Sargon Food & Coffee Co. is offering all Melburnians a $3 coffee (including milk preference) from Tuesday, July 30 to Monday, August 5.

The Sargon menu has been thoughtfully curated to suit the needs of customers, offering breakfast, lunch, snacks and dessert with quick bites in mind and includes: spinach, feta and omelette wraps, egg and bacon muffins, falafel tabbouleh wraps, banana bread and croissants.

Situated in the Woods Bagot-designed Melbourne Quarter Tower lobby, the cafe has been designed by respected Melbourne architect, Christina Kotsiris and aims to reflect the refined design of the tower.

Sargon Food & Coffee Co. joins the growing retail community in the Melbourne Quarter precinct alongside cult favourites like Saluministi, Fishbowl and Royal Stacks and will be open from 7am to 3.30pm Monday to Friday. •
