Make a Seafarer’s Christmas
6th December, 2018
The Mission to Seafarers is calling for donations in the lead up to Christmas, to supply seafarers with some well-deserved gifts.
The mission is putting together gift parcels for the seafarers to open on Christmas Day. Drop into 717 Flinders St, Docklands with any non-perishable gifts/treats for the seafarers – chips, chocolates, Christmas cakes etc.
They also love a good movie, or beanie to keep them warm as many will soon be in the northern hemisphere. You can also buy a top-up phone card for a seafarer and we will give them away the week before Christmas – a chance to call home.
Go to the website to buy a phone card: www.missiontoseafarers.com.au
