Enter the dragons
26th October, 2010
Chinese dragons were out in force in Docklands during October.
They assisted opening two Docklands businesses – the Bank of Queensland branch in Harbour Town and the Melbourne Bay Restaurant at Digital Harbour.
The Victorian Parliamentary Secretary for Education, Skills and Workforce Participation, Steve Herbert, opened the Melbourne Bay Restaurant on Saturday, October 23 (right).
Two energetic dragons performed a ritual dance to ensure good luck and prosperity for the new businesses.
