Docklands Primary School Athletics Day 2024

On Friday, August 2, the Grade 4, 5 and 6 students from Docklands Primary School walked down to Ron Barassi Snr Park to compete in our Athletics Day.

This spectacular day was held by the wonderful teachers Ms McConnell and Mr Cooper. Events on this sunny day included 100m and 200m sprint, hurdles, discus, shotput, high jump and more.

Dionne from 5B, who jumped a staggering 4.3m in long jump said, “I liked the long jump because it was fun and easy.”

Four houses Alcott, Barty, Goodes and Kerr competed. At the end of the day, Barty Party had an incredible win!
